Domestic Market:
We will send engineer within 24 hours where we have distributor, while within 48 years where we do not have distributor. Time limit of guarantee is one year for the whole set, but half a year for the electrical & hydraulic pressure parts.

Overseas Market:
We send engineer to the country for the installation and adjustment after the machine reaches the customer. Engineer also can be sent to repair if there is any question within one year after sales, but the trip fees and other expenses for engineer should be to the customer’s account.
